I was trying to change my sim from sim 2.01 to a8p sim. And bought a new a8p sim.
And I did not manage to flash an original image to the box with the 2.01 sim always get an message that this is a invalid image during the flashing.
Tried a lot of times and always get the ca error, which I repaired with NCF SIM2 v3.0. Anyway under on of my many flashing I by fault/mistake manage to flash the a8p to 2.01 #84d
Have I destroyed sim a8p bye flashing it with bin for sim 2.01 #84d or is there a way of reflashing it back to a8p sim?

First you need to fix your box before changed sim:
From this like follow (Null modem cable only without Network lan) and flash new image for Sim2.10 not for sim a8p

But you have 800se, So must be to work both cables to gather (mini usb + lan) to fix your box>>>

Second after fixed your box now steps to change sim card:
1-After fix box turn it off from power
2-Flash new image for new sim a8p (Of Course must be original image)
3-After finish flash image turn box off from power
4-Now remove sim2.10 and replace sim a8p
5-Turn power on to box and Enjoy
