im having exactly the same problme with my dm500hd,tried all of the above, used dream up and suray wont connect to dm500hd,also optiflasher all i get is it telling me to power on db and then nothing just busy, any help would be great?

have tried the above just says turn on dm.ive tried the port as com 5 and the baudrate 57600.what else should i be doing?
the problem im having is nothing will detect my dm500hd,just says turn on dm.then i wait and nothing happends.same with dreamup and suray.any help would be grateful?
