Hello I am holder of dm500hd v1 original and the problem is that my receiver suddenly stop to response,turn on power switch to reboot but nothing,no green or red led,inside my receiver all leds are on except D202 also fan is off.

I tried with Baudrate 57600 and i chose to sectors recovery at optiflasher settings to write bootloader/update using usb cable but nothing,also remove and put back sim card no effect.Last solution I used the hyperterminal see what appears at boot and all i get is these:

With 115200 baudrate your box is connecting with OptiFlasher or not ?

No is not connecting

From the log info & the communication problem with software possible reason on hardware side
that need to be checked !

Tuner problem maybe,thanks anyway
