on viens de me donner une DM800 SIM2.01 qui est bloqué;
elle a été flashé avec une image officiel, donc pas le bon boot d'installé, et au redemarrage il a eu ce message.
DREAM MULTIMEDIA
->error!
* ERR01: NO CA FOUND.
impossible de se connecter avec le cable nul modem.
avec Dreamup impossible de se connecter,
avec le soft Optiflasher, impossible de se connecter avec le cable nul modem
avec hyper terminal rien a faire non plus.
cela peu provenir de quoi,
j'aurais bien voulu avoir un avis a ce sujet la
si il y a besoin de plus de renseignement, ne pas hesiter a me le noté

As you mentioned you have changed sim and got same issue..
So the problem is from:
1-Box ( maybe motherboard defective or com connection) or (null modem Cable not work maybe defective).
2-Pc problem.
..............
So..try first to flash your box by another pc with another windows. and use optflasher "Null modem cable only without Network lan" method and flash bootloader for sim201 then flash any image..See here how to flash..

If you not successful try another null modem cable.

i think a motherboard, because my null modem it's ok with other DM500 or DM800 SE and dreamup or optiflasher. my port com in my PC it's ok
Would know you points has to verify, to check the port com on the motherboard.
Would have you plans or the other one to be able to make these controls.

No way to fix your box with out null modem cable work..
Take your box to technical to check motherboard and connection port..
