Here ..
And if box connecting with hyperterminal then give me out put lines..
If doesn't connected this mean you have connection problem :
1-From pc
2-From cable
3-From box (if from box ask "Johnny-burrp" in Ferrari fourm - maybe hardware issue)

In this"" "", say unplug the box then plug it, Does this mean unplug power cable or the null cable from box???
update :this is what i got " ^^^" !!
I dont think it is connecting correctly with hyperterminal

So no way to fixed with out connection between pc and box...
if sure mini usb cable and your pc work well then from box as i told you ask "Johnny-burrp" in Ferrari fourm he is man of technical ...

i get "wrong boot response" on all version of ncf and optiflasher?? used different pc too

when i switch on dm800 i get this message from optiflasher
