I flashed the wrong (orginal) image on my dm800 (clone) sim 2.01
I used opti flash , connecting to com1 usb to serial, but and follw step, but nothing happened when I turn the dm800 ON.
I tested the usb/serial cable on another dm800 , no problem
Please help
I followed the steps, but no response from box
"Power ON DB Device [ESC to Abort]"
the device is power ON, but nothing happened, the LCD panel show same error

Run OptiFlasher & Click Advanced
Select your RS232 Port From [Detect Ports]
Selecy Write IMAGE / Restore Backup
Let Settings by default on [Advanced Mode1]

Please note I flashed dm800 with original balckhole ssl84, then got the error
the boatloader which was working on the device is ssl82
Did I miss up the boatloader??

if not there's something wrong with comunication or cable !
I have tested the cables on another device, and it was recognised easily by optiflasher.
with faulty device nothing happenes!! any ideas??

nothing hyperteminal is connected, but Blank Page
In this case as Yassinov said you have connection problem,
1-Try another pc another windows.
2-Try another cable.

I have another Box with Ferrari sim (Broken box got sim2.01), it is working fine. Is there anything else I can try using the working box to test? I tested the cables on it, and the yassinov softawre see the good box, but not the broken one.

Did you change sim Ferrari with sim2.01 or you put sim2.01 in Ferrari box ?
I put sim2.01 in Ferrari box ? showed erro1 no ca found
then change Ferrari sim in the sim2 box, showed erro1 no ca found.
