Thank you, This is the only box and sim, wish I had another, nothing around and cant find anyone bold enough to try a swap.
If you have a DM800SE Can you try to boot without sim? if it fails kindly try with NCF (it does not harm the SSL) and try to boot. Let me know if the tuner is picked. Dmesg immediately after boot will show this.

Tried many things and it suddenly worked, let me try and break it again to find what exactly solved the porblem. Might take a few days to figure this out.

well cant seem to break it again, do not want to corrupt or damage the flash chips by trying any-more image loads/poweroffs, so I am really not sure which step fixed it. Fairbird you can change the status to solved. thanks.
