Hi,
I have a serious problem.
I installed the OpenPLi image to clone in a genuine DM8000HD.
My DM8000HD (genuine) is giving this error:
"ERROR1: NO CA FOUND".
I tried uploading a new image over a LAN connection. But did not succeed.
I tried to send with DreamUp, but my PC with Windows 10, it does not recognize the COM ports.
What should I do?
I want to use your tool, "NCF Repair Tool."
Please help me install a soft recognizing the COM ports in Windows 10. Or, another option to resolve the issue.

1-Must to be first thing to know exactly (which sim card in Box) Open your box and see which sim inside it then you can flash CORRECT image>
2-You have 8000 so you need to use only Rs232 cable without lan cable to fix No Ca Found
3-You can not fix your box with win10 (Better win is xp)

5-If you find your sim is (Dream Multimedia) then your box genuine try to use Dreamup 1.3.3.11 and if you want to use optiflasher you need to make donation to get full version then you can select Loader for (genuine) box LD2

Hello, "fairbird",
I have managed to find and purchase a Serial Cable Adapter USB-to-RS232 DB9.
With this serial cable started to have a COM Port. With DreamUp sent the picture to DM8000HD (genuine).
It is working.
