hi how can i get the ip address because the box is not showing

Have orig dm800se v2 dreambox .Have no ca found error.
with dreamup or sunray when click connect and power on
nothing happens like it is not comunicating with the box

I have forgoten password in my old tuner with Enigma 1. Is it possible to download DreamBox-OptiFlasher-v1.0.2b? Version with function to password reset by RS232.
