My problem is" too Much data or bad sectors in partision 1"
I tried to flash the box via http
I plug mini USB to my dm800se clone I install the driver com3 i changed the port after 3 days to com 1
I tried everything NCF 2.5 ssl82,ssl84,ssl84b,ssl84a optiflasher 1.0.9
Every time I'm trying to flash the box it's writing
finalizing job Phase2
and in the box Its writing 192.168.1.77
I'm trying to fix th no ca found almost a week
What am I doing wrong  ?
I opened the box the sim is 210

First make the title is clear..
second go to this link and do "Fix Bad Sector "Sectors Recovery" method and flash first any bootloader for your box then unplug and plug box. If not succeed try again and flash any image (Make sure right image with right bootloader)
here download your bootloader

The image which you try to flash maybe have some bugs try another images..
1-Flash SSl
2-unplug box
3-plug box and flash image
4-unplug and plug box
Try this image if you box Sunray4/SR4

Finalizing Job Phase2...Please Wait... (here the tool hangs)

Box:
Displays IP address 192.168.1.77 *** Serial Setup

The repair tool hangs at "Finalizing Job Phase2...Please Wait...
Power off the DM800 HD se and it boots with a "2nd failed!" message in the display and
after dhcp and stop
no ip ( I’m booting the box by holding the power button and plug the box)
Restart the box and it displays "2nd failed!"

Of course you can not successful because as you said your box was hangs, So does not flash bootloader sussed..
So please read these lines and do it ..
Best way..to check another sim on your box or check your sim on other box..
or check your sim by cardreader "Gemplus GPR PCMCIA"

Also try to flash your box by another pc and make sure mini usb and LAN cable working..

7 days I’m working with cat5e cable that broken
Some time I got an ip and sometimes not
I throw it to the garbage and got new one
open SUNRAY-FlashUP and flash the dm box
5 minutes and the problem is solved
