Displays "Dream Multimedia" and the yellow bar.
Shuts down.
The repair tool hangs at "Finalizing Job Phase2...Please Wait...
Power off the DM800 HD se and it boots with a "2nd failed!" message in the display and a fast flashing blue LED

Restart the box and it displays "2nd failed!"

Unfortunately there is no "Mini FlashUp" button on my DM800HD se.

Here’s what I ended up doing:

I took the sim card from the DM800HD se and put it in my old DM800HD.
Used your excellent tool and flashed the card with 800se sim2.10-84a. (Yes, I did get an error “wrong image”.)
Removed the sim card from the 800HD and put it in the 800HD se.
I could now boot the box into flash mode and using a web browser I flashed with 800hdse sim2.10-84b and a backup image.

Good ! but is problem sloved or not yet ?

Problem is solved but only since I had my other DM800 that I could use.
