Hi together,

i have a DM800 HD PVR Clone with NO CA Found Error, too.
It happened after flashed a new TSIMAGE 3.0.

There is no serial communication, connection or Debug Output with XP Hyperterminal at all. What i did to fix until now.

1) Changed almost 5 Nullmodem cables (including measured the pins)

2) Used PCMCIA Cardbus adapter in old Laptop, COM Port in normal Home PC, USB2Serial Converter and ExpressCard COM Port in new Notebook, and an old Notebook with integrated COM Port

3) Tried in different Operating Systems from WIN98 (old Laptop with
integrated COM Port) to W2k/XP/Windows 7 in Home PC (integrated COM Port) and new Laptop (ExpressCard with COM Port and USB2Serial)

4) Tried every fixing Tools i got, for solve the problem

I really dont know how to go on from now. Any help is appreciated!

Dear YASSINOV,

thank you very much for your very quick response!
I have a DM 800HD PVR China Clone with a SIM 2.10.

I already used the latest version of OPTIFlasher, you mentioned in your post.
The speed of the COM Port i also changed from 115 200 to 57 6000 several times with all the hardware and operating systems (from my first post) and so the Advanced Settings you suggested. How to go on?

It's pity. I followed the tutorial, and powered on my Box almost 100 times.
No any success....

Please, could there be a problem with the serial port of my DM800?
Are there any issues with it known or confirmed?

-Try another null cable
-Try another Pc (Win xp better)

But thats what i already did. Please read my first post. I already used 6 different kind of PC's with different operation systems and 5 Null Modem cables...

Follow tutorial in that link what i give you in previous replay and if you get error on optiflasher Please make screen shoot and uplaod it here..
Also one thing, Did you removed sim and replace it again?

I followed the tutorial and tried again with different PC's but also different operating systems - XP and Win7 - there is no any reaction from my Box.
Also not in Hyperterminal. Neither with 115 200 nor with 57 600 Baud.
No way.

I also removed the SIM and also measured the 5V before and after initializing of the SIM. So from the SIM 2.10 side, there is everything ok.

Could it be, that there is a problem with the RS232 chip (its a MAX3222).
I measured also the voltage on RX and TX, which is only +/- 2,4V.
Is this voltage ok?

I don't know about hardware I'm not an expert in this way only software...
But if you as said you was tried another cables and pc's and doesn't recognized with box then issue from box maybe hardware...
