when i try inject image via browser I got this message:
too much data (or bad sectors) in partition 1 (end:00040000, pos:00040000)

is it faulty NAND with bad sectors?

i got same situation after cleaning sim card and socket :/

Try another mini usb cable + Lan cable also better try it on another pc ...

i tried everything.. pic with win xp, win 7, diferent cables, but with no luck...

Try to remove sim and flash bootloader to box without sim .. and see what happen ?
