You have connection problem:
maybe from mini usb
or from Pc
and this is the reason why your box stuck and doesn't flash image...

Any way, If you solved your problem please let us know to closed topic under solved ;)

thanks fairbird going to change all my conections from box to pc and reflash as when I rebooted box this morning and its back to no ca found error.
the ip addy on the box is not present on my other box so must be some thing to do with the flash will keep you updated as to how things go but thinking of selling it as faulty on fleebay.

well got box back to life and flashed it with optiflasher again but the open pli img i used the last time it said it was the wrong architecture so used Dream elite 3 that went well but when it boots up i still have the ip addy of 192.--.--.77 this was the addy opti flasher had before i flashed it but when i check the network setting the addy is much the same but ends 74 and when my other box boots up it says some thing about dhcp no ip address so decided to flash box again via the network with the open pli image but i still have the same ip address being displayed when it boots up any ideas.

This Ip is stander ip for optiflasher not for your network ... It is normally appear to you if you choose (Advanced mode 1) should be select (Advanced mode 2) in settings option...
