Hi, sorry I haven't had time to spend on the forum for a couple of days. I recall in your last message, you said you would PM me on Sunday to make arrangements to look at the problem using teamviewer.
Unfortunately, I wasn't available on Sunday but I see I have no unread PM messages.
I still have the problem and would appreciate further help.
