I am trying to use Optiflasher but not luck, the software detect port com 1 I follow the step but Optiflasher doesn't detect the box, please advise what I am doing wrong.
Optiflasher said SSL - BT ok but it doesn't have NFI-DC module.
also I don't know if DM800hd is original or clone, according to few sites I checked if the box has a fan inside is suppose to be a clone and my box has one plus some connectors are on the left side of the sat cable and the original is on the right but in my box is on the left.

If you want to know what type of your box clone or Genuine from smart card inside box, open it any see it what kind of it ....

About optiflasher try to display your anti virus tools or try with another pc or another cables

Hi im having the same problem here, i bought usb to rs232 male cable then i got 9 pin female to female null modem cable i have connected all the cables ethernet cable from the router and rs232 to laptop. when i open optiflasher i get this at the bottom

i select the option >no ca found > do job > switching the box on and then it wont go any further ? where do i go wrong here ? any advice or help much appreciated
