is it possible to repair my dm900 uhd with that tool?

I am booting into the rescue mode but i can't see any page. only this message: "Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8"

My dream 525 is locked to the boot with a fixed red key. I tried with OptiFlasher Pro [DMips EDition] but nothing happens. It does not go to rescue and I do not know the IP
It stuck after flashing.
Should I send assistance or mistake with Optiflecher?
