is it possible to repair my dm900 uhd with that tool?

I am booting into the rescue mode but i can't see any page. only this message: "Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8"

I connect to the Dm900 but it seems that the html is broken. If i try flash-fsbl that it says not possible because of Web error. How much cost that tool?
If its not able to fix it with the Tool, is it possible to refund it?
Is that tool after donation life time updateable?
Normal Boot is no hdd just LAN, HDmi and Electronic. After it boots in rescue loader is the only message on the ip of the dm900:Content-Type: text/html;charset=utf-8

I only want to repair it. But If It's not possible to repair I will Change the image(ATM nn2)
