A user on a Swedish Forum told me that SSL 84D have a tendency to "destroy" boxes.
Is there any truth in what he said?

If that true ... should be all user have sim2 and using SSl84D "destroyed" them boxes ..

The new PSu arrived today.
But no difference.
The screen shows something for 1second.
But then shuts of.
The weird thing is that I have managed to start it 2times.
But when restarted - it is the same.
But no difference.

Again flash your box with
(SUNRAY-FlashUP) Google you will find it ...
Flash old image with SSl84B OE1.6 not new image OE2.0
Flash it (Recovered bad sectors)
After open SUNRAY-FlashUP select
Extras > Recovered bad sectors
and remove a tick from (Use network)
UsE new PSU...
If you get same failure then 99% Hardware issue ...

Flash old image with SSl84B OE1.6 not new image OE2.0

After open SUNRAY-FlashUP select
Extras > Recovered bad sectors
and remove a tick from (Use network)

I cant flash it, because I cant connect to it :/
I searched a little on 8a8f8-forum. And found some good info.
I found this picture;
I have the readings on pin 1-8
But I dont have the 5V on the pins in the upper right.
The question is why...

About me ... I do not have experience in hardward...
But it is normal because you have sim2 product and that photo was for Ferrari product...
Each company have different hardware ...

All capacitors ordered. And a new lm2599 circuit.
