-If box doesn't Connected with optiflasher then try another PC or at least another win..

I already follow those instractions.
I tried Optiflasher with 3 different pc's and 2 different os (win 7 ultimate and windows 8 pro). I also tried with 2 different usb cables. But, dreambox still not detected!
