Ok, done as yr advise
-Fixed my box again w/ #76-r11 - BOX booted fine
-Flashed #84b and not unplug - DONE
-Select "Write IMAGE/Restore BACKUP" in OptiFlasher and click Do Job, Opti request me to Power On the box, so I have to unplug then replug - > after flash successfully, I reboot and get the famous "ERR01: NO CA FOUND"

Last try with last hope...yes browser to flash image and bootloader.
1-Make box on Stop Mode.
2-Put ip in browser.
3-Flash bootloader go back from browser them flash image (Try different images).
If problem still then your sim not accept to upgrade to New SSl just up to 76..
P.S: Best way to upgrade your sim by card reader (Gemplus GPR PCMCIA) here you can buy it..
and use this software DM_Sims Readme here download..
