I am a registered user. when I connect my DM800SE V2 (clone), the software doesn't recognize my receiver type automatically. in addition to that, it doesn't display the list of compatible images to download.

in which mode you have connected your box normal mode with ip or with mini usb cable ?

connected with normal mode with IP

when I do connect, I get the following message:
