Second stage loader wasn't found. Don't panic - it's not a (real) problem.
You don't need to repair your Dreambox. It just means that the flashrom with
the graphical menu was erased. You can restore this with a tool like DreamUp
with serial access.

Did you tried with (XP WINDOWS) ?!
Hi,

Tried it just now. Old PC with new XP windows. Result is the same like all of windows 7-8 before. :( So I don't know what can I do with it.
Old XP sp1 or Sp2 or Sp3?!
Sp1 not good really oldest version ..
If sp2 or sp3 then try to use other cables ...

P.s: Must be to use both cables to gather (mini usb + lan) and don't forget to install drivers for mini usb and make sure Recognize with pc ..
Tried it with the newest xp sp3. Used cable and lan together and tried without lan too. Of course the driver is installed, when I plugged in it is recognized 800SE and then installed the driver good.
I have no other usb cable, but with this another box was worked so not the cable is wrong.

So tried everything, I have no idea what can I do more... :(
Give me the output from hyper terminal logo in XP win

In this log shows connection work fine but can't fix your issue ...
So I think maybe you have hardware problem ...
Now try to remove sim from box and keep it out around 3 hours then put it back and make sure in correct place and try to fix your box ...
If issue still then you have problem in hardware :
1-maybe from pc
2-maybe from box then you need to technician ..
Take sim out, and put in another sim from a working box but nothing change. And put this SIM to another working box and working well. So the SIM is good.
This box motherboard is D11, I think this is the newest motherboard. Never have this problem with D6 versions.
so...As I told you have hardware problem :( need to technician
