Hey everyone,
I have a dm800hd pvr CLONE sim2.01.Looks like I cannot communicate with the dreambox with my serial cable (which I ordered from China).I tried to use OptiFlasher but I`m stuck at "please power on DB".
Do I need some kind of drivers for my RS232 to USB cable?

If you using as this cable in photo below then you not need drivers ...
If you can not get connection between pc and box then try other pc (XP) better ...

Also try to install this drivers (But this drivers for mini usb cable to 800se box)

I tried with another PC (XP) and it is the same issue. Can`t establish the connection between the box and the PC.I will try instaling the drivers, and this is the cable I use.

I think the problem from your cable (Try to find that cable in my previous replay) ..
