Hello,

got a DM800 with error01: no CA found.
The Box is a chinese clone, but with a sim that has printed: "Dream Security SIM A4P" on it and a Holo-Sticker on top of it.
Box was OK, but flashed a wrong(Estar) Image to it and now its "no CA found".
I´ve read a lot of topics in that and some other forums, but couldnt get any tool to work with that Box.
OptiflasherPro 2.0.0.9 (with license) also cant connect to box.
I tried another, working DM800SE with same cables and same PC and it was no problems with communication between Box and Optiflasher.

Any idea on that problem?

Thanks in advance.

regards,
Upload here photos from both side to sim

here you go...

if i can help you in any way(e.g. Terminal log etc.) to solve that, just let me know.

thanks.
I think your sim is Sim1 T3 / T4 (Not sure)
And this sim accept only old images with old bootloader ssl69 or ssl70
So try to fix your box by using optiflasher with (Repair [No Ca Found]) method
[Only registered and activated users can see links You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.]
1-select LD1 (loader for Sim2 and Sim1)
2-select sim2.01
3-flash (DM800-sim-ssl70)

and see if your box came to live again if not try to find old image with sl69 and flash it..

P.s: must be to use only Rs232 cable

Did you remember what image you have in box with which sslxx before broken ?

As for the SSL before the Box died, unfortunatly i have no idea.
I tried your above steps, but i didnt worked for me.

I think my problem might be something else since i cant get any connection to the software.
When i do all the settings and click "DO JOB", software says "Power ON DB DEVICE".
Here my problems starts, i can turn on the Box hundred times, but the software(either dreamup or omniflasher) will not detect it(bootloader is not starting).
Could it might be a Hardware problem?

regards,
After select Com and LD1 then after select Advanced mode2 (RS232 cable only) and after Click on do job...Then after turn power on to box ...
What is then message error appear on small screen panel?
(no can found) or (Dream Multimedia >error)?
And optiflasher doese it connected with box or not?

nothing happens on screen panel, no connection at all.
Then you have connection problem...
-Try other pc (Win xp) better
-Try other Rs232 cable
-check you firewall and anti virus
