I have a DM800HD Original and displayed Multimedia error!can not do anything how to fix this, try to connect with Dreamup not work with kabllen RS232 to USB, nor OptiFlasher not work , Can you help how to fix this problem please Thanks
This CABELL a function for Dreamup and OptiFlasher

"Multimedia error" means problem from sim ...
Maybe corrupted or move it from correct place...
So..Open box remove a sim clean it from dust and then return it back and make sure in correct place...then turn power on to box..
