i have a same problem
my sim work with ssl#72 , ssl#76 but not ssl#76A or higher ssl
but i'm reflash with this image and ssl#76 ans it's works fine

EDIT: It didn't work!
I managed to get rid of the NO SIM error, but now I get the NO CA ERROR again .... I used optiflasher, got to the point where I have to enter the IP written on the display and after I did that it doesn't connect. I get the message: Error: Socket Error #10060 Connection timed out.
Any ideas?
Select correct loader
LD1-For sim2
LD2-For original sim
LD3-For Ferrari Sim
LD1 is activated, I got the error with it!
Try more than once...
And if got same issue try another pc (xp better) and another null cable..
