-Means you have problem with connection maybe from pc or bath cable (minis usb and Lan)
-If you want use optiflasher with mini use should be use loader (LD1) for Genuine box but this loader not free should be register optiflasher then you can use LD1, but you can use normally way to flash with Lan cable see here how to "Flashing by Network lan only"
