I think you have bad sectors...

So read this topic and Follow "Fix Bad Sector "Sectors Recovery"
[Only registered and activated users can see links You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.]
1-select com (If doesn't connect try to change Baudrate between 57600 & 115200)
2-select Loader [LD1] For sim2
3-click settings and choose "sectors recover"
4-select write image
5-click "Do job" and choose new image for your box.. It will be take around one hour..

If problem still then open box clean sim return it back..and also try another power supply
please if you solved or give up tell us to close topic ..
