I have trouble opening the OPTIFLASHER in my operating system windows 7 - 32 bit.

I have this problem in all versions of optiflasher, open 1 time in 10.

In Dreamboxedit, NCF and NFI, open all normal.
What is the problem?

I have problem with downloading any software plugins like berry allen with Dreambox OptiFlasher v2.0.0.6 Pro Enigma2!

I have dreambox 7020 hd and i use last oOozoon image. (OoZooN-Image-dm7020hd-20140323.nfi)

Please help me to solve this problem.
what I must to do?

For what i read i need the program
