j ai ma dreambox 500s avec une image gimini qui s est arreter sur lampe verte donc pas d image ni de reaction pour la telecommande ;j ai essayer de le reflacher avec dream up mais ce dernier ne la reconnais pas j ai suivis certin conseille donner par certains sur le forum mais sans succer aider moi s il vous plait
est ce que je peu recuperer mon abonnement sur ma drea avance pour vos reponsem c a d faire un backup? merci d

I have my dreambox 500s with gimini image that s is stopping on green light no picture or reaction to the remote control; I have try of the reflacher with dream up but it does recognise not j have followed some advises give by some on the forum but without succer help me s it you please is that I bit to retrieve my subscription on my dream thank you advance for your answers
