No TV mode in optiflasher

Hello Yassinov,

Thank you for your great tools really !!

Just a question,


1-on my computer windows 7 32 bits the TV mode seems random.
'please connect on tv mode to get features active'
Yesterday i had no problem, but today imposible to activate
   

2-do I need to have license to flash a clone DM800hd sim 2.01 ssl84b?
