I think this topic is not a same problem.
I can not see failure message.

I was try 3 PC but with win 7, 8, 8.1 - not successfully
Then 3 mini usb cables - not successfully
I try to now install win xp but i think this is not a solution. uart driver is compactibile with win 7.8

I need something special. For expample.. How cann i erase sim..? I think this the solution for this problem. Any experience..? with erase sim?

Second stage loader wasn't found. Don't panic - it's not a (real) problem.
You don't need to repair your Dreambox. It just means that the flashrom with
the graphical menu was erased. You can restore this with a tool like DreamUp
with serial access.

You can not erase sim ...
Just you can program it again with (Card reader) if you have correct card reader and compatible software ..
