usb target /dev/sda -I think the problem is in the path because I have to stick sda1 or sda2. I can not switch it on sda.

bios is the same like your.

i think they dont write image on stick, only first partition have files ,second a third nothing

how stick must be formated? on ext3 or fat32, mounted or unmounted?

work on tsimage-internal flash and italysat usb and no more problem.
