hi, i have a DM800HD PVR decoder with ferrari sim card and I inadvertently installed an image with sim2 ssl84b as I can because in LCD writes error no ca found, I tried to optiflasher and do not know how use can help me with any guidance please preferably with pictures as I can understand better

This is wrong way to flash image (You have Ferrari box) then must be to flash only Ferrari image not sim2 or original images ...

ONLY Patched image for Sim Ferrari (My patched image)...
1-Fix your box by using (Repair [No Ca Found]) method
[Only registered and activated users can see links You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login to view.]
choose (Ferrari sim>DM800-SSl88F)
P.s: Must be use Rs232 cable (you can not fix your box with LAN cable)

2-After fix your box and come live again then flash any image you want from this section only
