Hello, I'm new to this forum and also new to Dreambox

My friend gave DM500HD clone ferrari to me before, during that time still working fine, but after that I never use because not so user friendly compared to my Openbox X5

Due to my X5 also damage, I tried to use DM500HD but nothing showed up, so I did Factory Reset

After factory reset, I got this message "Hardware could not be verified. Please contact Dream Multimedia Support. Code 0x1800f"

Could someone please help me how to solve it.

For you info, I have no idea anything related to Dreambox, I try to read all the instructions, but so confusing. I do not know where to start, which image should I download and what are the steps needed.

Welcome
-First of all download image for your DM500hd Ferrari type
-Power OFF your box & Switch it ON & at same time press & Keep pressing the front
Power button of your box until see message on the lcd STOP with IP adress .
-Open OptiFlasher then write the box ip & press Connect
-Select Write IMAGE / Restore Backup
-Click Do Job button
after operation done please report result here
