Is this strange ? I already put the SSL84b with NFC and the program says that everything is ok .. so i thought that the SSL84b was in my dream

1-Are you sure you have Sim2.01? could you open box and see the smart card to confirm it?

1. Yes i check the SIM and it is 2.01
2. YES i had READ the instructions (twice)

3. My Cable is good because i had flashed more the two other DM800/DM500 with the same serial ...

An other ideas before i broke my DM800 ?

Then try another windows (win xp better)....because your problem is from connection..
and use optiflasher also choose correct loader (LD1) For sim2 and click to settings then select Advanced mode2 ...
