I've already tried removing the SIM and cleaning the contacts but still get the same result.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

Are you sure, your box is Geniune and inside it sim2.10 for clone not multimedia sim ?
open box take to pictures for both side from sim and upload it here..

Thanks for the reply. I was told the box is genuine from the person I bought it from.

this is SIM2.10 if it comes with the box then it's clone !

How would I fix the no ca error? I'm guessing the method is the same for both original and clone.
