i have this error after an brutal off AC on SUNRAY SUN800 HD se
with sim 210

i used NCF v2.5 select DM800se-sim2.10-ssl84a, all ok the box load all and restart (but the program is blocked on 2th step 100%)

all ok , the box is restart , the image is that old i see all but no channel

i go in menu system on reserch channel-configuration the tuner, but i cannot set it, i have tuner A and tuner B with no info (the tuner is ALPS

what i wrong ?

other info : i don't know if it is ssl84a or ssl84b
when i turn off the box and off the button i-o and restart the box i have again BIOS NO CA FOUND

could you please help me and write me step by step to resolve it?

You flash wrong image i think..
First make sure what kink of sim you have?
then flash again your box with new image...

all OK

2 my error :

1°) with ncf i haven't dm800-se-sl84b but 84b, and with optiflasher i have it

2°) the sim 2.10 war mount BAD side and from ncf or opti i havent error but they don't write on sim

when the sim side was right on box write all and all ok

very very thaks to illuminate me on sim
